Team Race July 20-22, Nationals July 24-27 7/19/2008 - 7/27/2008 $149 The Marriott Courtyard at exit 60 on the LIE is offering rooms for either/or & for both events beginning on July 19th @149/nt. Although the hotel has its own restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner, breakfast is not included in this rate. All rooms at this nonsmoking property have 2 queen beds, a microwave & refrigerator, and internet access. Parking is free and there is a courtesy shuttle to Islip airport and Ronkonkoma train station (in case you want to dash into New York City for a day). There is an indoor pool. There is limited avaiability so please place your order as soon as possible.

Team Race July 20-22 , Nationals July 24-27 7/19/2008 - 7/28/2008 $149 Once again we are offering the Residence Inn by Marriott, right off the LIE at exit 62. The units are all either studio or separate one bedroom accomodations with 1 queen bed plus a pullout sleep sofa in the livingroom area. All units feature a full kitchen. The hotel provides a free cooked breakfast each morning, and on Mon-Thurs they do provide a simple supper with heavy snacks. There is an indoor pool, free parking, and free hi speed internet. The hotel is adjacent to a center with a large movie theater. Please reserve by June 19th as the limited number of units will go very quickly.

Nationals July 24-27 7/21/2008 - 7/28/2008 $149 The Hilton Garden Inn is providing us with great rooms with 2 queen beds, microwave and refrigerator, for this event. The hotel does offer a bar and a restaurant which serves all 3 meals. However, meals are not included in the rate. There is an indoor pool, coin laundry, free parking and hi speed itnernet access, plus a free shuttle from Islip airport. Cancellation is 48 hours prior at 4pm. Please make your reservation by June 20th.

Team Race July 20-22, Nationals July 24-27 7/19/2008 - 7/27/2008 $149 Our favorite Hampton Inn at exit 63 of the LIE and right on the corner of Ocean Ave so it is a straight shot down to the Patchogue Park is again offering us accomodations. Rooms are not plentiful this year but I do have about 15 rooms with a king bed plus sofa bed, and another 15 with 2 queen beds. All rooms have microwave and refrig and the rate does include an extended continental breakfast. There is an indoor pool, high speed internet access, and a free shuttle from ISP (Islip) airport. Parking is complimentary. Cancellation is 6pm 48 hours prior. Please make your reservations by June 20th.

ACC's Oct 11 & 12 10/10/2008 - 10/13/2008 $169 The Holiday Inn on Rt 72 in Manahawkin, on the mainland but only about 10-12 minutes from Brant Beach by car, has offered a block of rooms for ACC's. Rooms have either 2 queen beds or a king bed and all are requested non smoking. Although the hotel has a full restaurant on site, breakfast is not included in the rate. There is also a bar on site. The hotel offers an indoor pool and wifi internet access. Cancellation is 48 hours prior. Please make your reservation by September 8th.
