Valentines Regatta, Feb 4th & 5th 2/1/2012 - 2/6/2011 $174 Once again the Hampton Inn, a Hilton property within easy walking distance of the sailing center, offers us rooms with 2 queen beds at $174/nt plus tax at 12%. Rate includes WiFi and hot breakfast. Parking is by valet only and the cost is $12/nt. ALL rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. There is an outdoor pool. Canx is 48 hrs prior, by 6pm. Team Trials Brant Beach April 25-29 4/20/2012 - 4/29/2012 $109-129 The Holiday Inn in Manahawkin is just a 10 min drive from Brant Beach. HI is the only National hotel brand available to sailing families in the LBI area. This is a non smoking hotel. There is an indoor pool, a restaurant, a lounge, and a guest laundry. Rooms with 2 queen beds are $109/nt for weekdays and $129/nt for Fri & Sat. Rates include parking and WiFi. Canx is 72 hours prior. Please reserve your space by March 20th.

Opti New Englands Aug 7, 8, 9 8/6/2012 - 8/9/2012 $129 Howard Johnsons is in the same Middletown complex as the Residence Inn. This motel does offer non smoking ROOMS with 2 Queen beds plus a refrigerator. Rate for Newport during August is good at $129/nt with parking and WiFi. Breakfast is NOT included in the rate. This is inexpensive quality space at a property with an outdoor pool. Canx is 5 days prior, reserve by July 5th.

Opti New Englands Aug 7, 8, 9 8/6/2012 - 8/9/2012 $varies The Marriott Residence Inn in Middletown has again offered space during this popular regatta. This number 1 ranked hotel in the Residence Inn system has put aside one bedroom suites at $219/nt ($199/nt for 5 nts or more) and two bedroom suites at $339/nt ($309 for 5 nts or more). The rates all include breakfast, parking and WiFi. The one bedroom suites have a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the livingroom. While the two bedroom units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - master bedroom with king and second bedroom with a queen bed plus a sofa sleeper in the livingroom. All units have a full kitchen. The Holiday Inn is a non smoking hotel with an indoor pool, a restaurant and a lounge. There is a guest laundry. Rate of $159/nt does include WiFi and parking - no food, although sustenance from the restaurant or room service is available thoughout the day and evening. Cancellation is 3 days prior.
